I’m being very generous with right wing soft power: before the Fidesz Hegemony era, you could count openly right wing people in pop culture on one hand. After 12 years, you need two hands. It’s a shift, but hardly an avalanche. Yet, most of Hungarian culture runs on dole, so state power is there, whether it’s exercised or not, which deserves at least a capital R for the ruling party.
